In line with Government guidelines, we have re-opened with new hygiene and safety measures in place to keep our visitors and staff safe and provide peace of mind.
Face masks / face shields are now COMPULSORY for all customers and are to be worn at all times inside except when sitting down eating and drinking.
The Indoor Play is CLOSED between 19th-31st December. Please note number restrictions are in place for both play frames. Socks must be worn by all whilst in the play areas. Ball pit slides remain closed.
NO PICNIC FOOD can currently be brought on to site.
To allow for social distancing, we are significantly reducing the number of visitors in the Park.
All admission tickets will need to be purchased online – please ensure you book your tickets in advance. Tickets cannot be purchased at the Farm Park.
All tickets and table reservations are non-refundable. Should you be unable to make it, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to re-allocate you to another day / time, however please note on the day changes are not possible.
Please note if we are enforced to close again due to national lockdown then we will refund tickets in full minus the booking fee.
Our staff will have daily temperature checks and visitors will also be required to have a non-contact temperature check on arrival. If any visitor shows 2 consecutive temperature readings of 37.8C or more, then that visitor and their group will be refused entry. Please do not visit if you are feeling unwell.
At the end of each timed session, the farm park will close and you will be asked to leave in order for staff to clean the park safely ready for the next session. Please note indoor play frames will close 15mins before the end of the session just to allow us enough time to deep clean.
